Misael Aponte’s ability to inspire others through his dual passions of creativity and education have made him well-received by his audiences and peers alike. For over fourteen years Misael has been involved with every facet of the beauty industry. This has allowed Misael to concentrate on the total image, making him a well-rounded hairdresser and Educator.

The drive to share his knowledge prompted Misael to become a valuable Educator for numerous color companies before his quest to find the ultimate color product brought him to Schwarzkopf, Inc. During his six years with Schwarzkopf, Inc. the last three of which as their Regional Educator for the Midwest & Puerto Rico, Misael has received numerous rewards for artistic presentation.

Delighted to be continuing his longtime affiliation with Schwarzkopf, Inc. as a Platform Artist, Misael’s stage presentations and classes have inspired hairdressers across the country at: I.S.S.E. (L.A.), Midwest Beauty Show (Chicago), Hairworld B.B.S.I. (Las Vegas), Beauty Classic (Ohio), Premiere Show (Orlando) and New York Runway and the new Schwarzkopf Academy IEG (Washington DC) among others.

Other recognition that Misael Aponte has received include write-ups in industry publications such as Passion and Process magazine.

Proud of his Hispanic heritage, Misael is honored to have made two appearances on Telemundo (in 2003 & July ’04) as well as in People en Espanol (Feb.’05) – both showcasing Schwarzkopf, Inc. products and his techniques. He has also conducted presentations in Spanish three years running at the San Juan Beauty Show (Puerto Rico).

Misael’s innovative approach to color placement and formula combinations has lead to the development of his acclaimed Art of Color & Movement classes.

Utilizing his infectious enthusiasm along with innovative visual aids and interactive learning tools, Misael is able to impart his creative vision to audiences of all experience and skill levels in a way that is easy to comprehend. His level of experience and knowledge of hair color coupled with an intense ability to communicate this knowledge to others has allowed Misael to flourish in his chosen career path.
